Can I sell goods made with Ellis Cove Fabrics?

 

How do I care for my Bamboo/Cotton Fabric?
>> Wash the items in cold water and lay flat to dry.

The fabric I want is sold out. Will you get more in stock?
>> Sold out fabric will restock regularly if we have some available. Some are limited quantities. 

Will new fabric colours or prints be available?
>> There will be new colours and prints available every 5-8months.You can follow us on social media or subscribe to our email to find out when we launch new fabric. 

How long after I order will my items be shipped?
>> Orders will ship within 1-5 business days of being placed. 

Am I able to rush my order?
>> If you need an order sooner or if you require express shipping please contact us before checking out.

I live in the USA and my tracking page hasn't shown updates in quite a few days. What does this mean?
>> Canada Post will update US-bound package tracking within Canada, but once the package reaches the border there can sometimes be a pause in tracking updates while the package is processed by US customs. Once the package has cleared customs, which in our experience can sometimes take up to 7-14 business days, you will begin to see updates again. We recommend viewing your tracking page on the USPS website, which will show detailed updates for scans within the USA.

Am I able to return the fabric?
>>We are not offering returns or exchanges once your order has been placed.

Can I buy fabric in bulk?
>>Yes!  A minimum of one 50m roll per colour/print is required for bulk orders.  Prices will vary depending on colour/print.  Please email info@elliscovefabrics.com to inquire about ordering fabric in bulk.
